Online booking steps:

 

  1. Read through our policies before making an appointment.

  2. Select gel removal (soft or hard gel) if needed.

  3. Choose either regular polish or gel   (note: we only do nail art on hard gel).

  4. Decide between single color gel or nail art:

    • Single color (soft/hard gel)

    • Nail art (simple/medium)

  5. Choose whether to work on natural nails, add extensions, or do a refill

        ( If fewer than 3 nails need extensions, please note it in the comments).

6.  If you request a specific nail technician, please text us for booking.

7.  Select your desired date and time.

8.  Complete your payment.

9.  Receive a confirmation email.

 

Cancellation and Salon Policies :

Security Deposit

  • A $50 security deposit is required for each service you book. ( less than $50 will consider as full amount of payment.)

  • The deposit is non-refundable if you:

    • Are more than 15 minutes late​​​

    • No Show 

    • Change your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice

    • In these cases, we may take the next available client.

Service Changes

  • If you need to switch your service (e.g., from medium nail art to single color gel manicure), please inform us ahead of time. 

  • If you are not sure where to book, feel free to text us or put your request on notes.

  • Same-day changes may result in only half of the deposit being refunded.

Rescheduling / Cancel 

  • If you need to reschedule/cancel, please text us to (857-284-3832) ensure we have a record of the request.

  • If you booked online, please do not cancel your appointment on your own. The system will not automatically refund your deposit; we need to process it manually. 

Payment Methods

  • Venmo: @Tinailery-Boston (Please do no select the business option; otherwise you will need to cover the service fee difference.) You can also find our Venmo Code at the bottom of this page, last 4 digits is 3832.

  • Zelle: tinailery@gmail.com  (Zelle is not refundable, if you have to cancel we would have to refund by Venmo)

Payment Confirmation

  • After making the payment, please send us a screenshot to confirm your next appointment.

  • Your appointment is confirmed once we respond with your appointment date and time.

Salon Environment

  • We highly recommend not bringing companions, especially for hours services. The working area is reserved for customers to maintain a quiet and relaxing environment.

  • If your companion disturbs the nail technician or other clients, we will ask them to stay in the waiting area. 

  • If you need to bring a pet, please inform us in advance, as some client may be afraid of or allergic to pets.

  • Having strong-smelling food and electronic cigarettes are not allowed.
