Dear valued customers,

 

We are aware of the recent article concerning an incident at our salon, and we want to address the situation directly.

 

Our team has reached out to the customer to apologize and offered a $50 credit as a gesture of goodwill. We also worked overtime to accommodate her request.

 

Unfortunately, we have noticed an influx of negative reviews on our Google Business many of which seem to stem from the recent article. We want to assure our loyal customers and community that we are addressing these concerns and are working to resolve the situation. If you have enjoyed our services, we would greatly appreciate it if you could share your experiences on these platforms.

 

We deeply regret the inconvenience and distress caused to the customer involved. We value all feedback and are dedicated to making things right.

 

Additionally, please note that our salon will be closed on May 27-28 as our team will be attending a nail art seminar in New York to further enhance our skills and bring back new techniques for our valued customers.

Our Purpose 

Sterilizing Manicure Tools

Our magnetized pedicure tubs prevent bacterial build-up and we use a fresh bath liner for every client.  All instruments are sterilized in an autoclave oven and packed in a sterilization pouch after every use.  We discard all used buffers, files, pumice stones, flip-flops and toe separators.

 Our employees go through a rigorous training process before they are allowed to work in our salon.  Most are certified by Leafgel Premium, a world-famous Japanese nail brand. We have afterwork training or seasonal training in Asia.

Like our employees, the products we use are hand picked and of the highest quality.  We use Japanese nail brands with fewer chemicals than many of the brands you see in other salons.  Zoya, one of our offerings, is vegan friendly
